Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Synerwa collects, why, and how we protect it, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022). The Indonesian version prevails if there is any difference in meaning.

1. Data we collect

• Account: name, email, phone number and password (stored hashed).
• Device: the linked WhatsApp number and session data needed to keep it connected.
• Messages: recipient/sender numbers, message content and attachments sent or received through the Service.
• Contacts: contacts you upload to the phonebook.
• Payments: invoice number, amount and status. We do not store card or bank details.
• Technical: IP address, browser type and access logs for security and statistics.

2. How we use it

To run the Service, process payments and quota, keep the platform secure, provide support, and improve the site. We do not sell personal data and do not read your messages except to handle abuse reports or support requests from you.

3. Controller and processor

For contacts and message content you send through the Service, you are the data controller and Synerwa acts as a processor on your instructions.

4. Storage

Data is stored on servers in Indonesia for as long as your account is active or until you delete it, and removed within a reasonable time after account closure unless the law requires retention.

5. Sharing

With our payment partner, with WhatsApp as the delivery channel, with your own webhook if configured, and with authorities when legally required.

6. Security

We use HTTPS, password hashing, restricted server access and regular backups. Keep your tokens and password secret.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal data and withdraw consent by emailing info@synerwa.net.

8. Cookies

We use a session cookie for sign-in. Visit statistics use server logs and, if enabled, Google Analytics.
