Terms of Service

By signing up for or using Synerwa (the "Service") at synerwa.net you agree to these terms. The Indonesian version prevails if there is any difference in meaning.

1. The Service

Synerwa provides a dashboard and REST API to send and receive WhatsApp messages through your own number linked as a device (WhatsApp Web multi device). Synerwa is not an official product of, and is not affiliated with, WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password and device tokens secret. You are responsible for all activity under your account or tokens.

3. Prohibited use

• Spam or bulk messages to recipients who have not given consent;
• fraud, phishing, gambling, pornography, hate speech or anything unlawful under Indonesian law;
• distributing malware or collecting personal data without a legal basis;
• violating WhatsApp's terms.

We may suspend or terminate violating accounts without refund.

4. Number blocking

Blocking decisions rest solely with WhatsApp. We do not guarantee that your number will not be restricted or blocked and are not liable for resulting losses.

5. Plans, payment and quota

Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change; changes do not affect plans already paid. Payments are processed via QRIS by our payment partner and quota is added once payment is verified. Unused quota expires at the end of the validity period. Payments are non-refundable except where the Service is unusable due to our fault.

6. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network issues or changes by WhatsApp may affect delivery.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 3 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data.

8. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a legal basis to process the contact data you upload.

9. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; continued use means acceptance. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
